Rewa Rukario’s Hero’s Journey — The Power of Thought, can harm OR heal…

“Did I offer peace today? Did I bring a smile to someone’s face? Did I say words of healing? Did I let go of my anger and resentment? Did I forgive? Did I love? These are the real questions. I must trust that the little bit of love that I sow now will bear many fruits, here in this world and the life to come.”-Henri Nouwen

“Love one another and help others to rise to the higher levels, simply by pouring out love. Love is infectious and the greatest healing energy.”

-Sai Baba

“The wish for healing has always been half of health.”

“Meditation can help us embrace our worries, our fear, our anger; and that is very healing. We let our own natural capacity of healing do the work.”

-Thich Nhat Hanh

“Believe it can be done. When you believe something can be done, really believe, your mind will find the ways to do it. Believing in a solution paves the way to solution.”David J. Schwartz

0915140957aIt really is that simple! Bob Proctor said it best, where he stated, “Thoughts become things” meaning if we can see it on the screen of our mind, and our desire is unwavering, then we shall hold that which we seek, in the palm of our hand.

This is one of the most important laws of the Universe, and also one of the most misunderstood; The Law of Attraction. Think of it this way, a radio is a device that picks up frequencies from the air that are transmitted from antennas brodcasting on a certain frequency. If there is a certain type of music we want to hear, we tune the radio to that frequency, and we can then hear the music we want.

Guess what? The human mind works EXACTLY the same way. I know you, the reader, are thinking to yourself, “Are you telling me, that my mind is like a radio?”

Our thoughts are the frequency that we put out to The Universe, the human subconscious mind receives about 60,000 thoughts a DAY! The subconscious mind is like a sponge, it receives whatever it is given, be it positive or negative.

When we have a positive thought, that vibration is sent out into the Universe, and as such, the Universe will respond with positive outcomes. What many don’t understand, is that the converse also holds true, so when we have a negative thought, a negative vibration is sent out to the Universe, and because we then, are set to a negative frequency, what we will end up attracting is negative outcomes.

Can this be changed? Absolutely! By changing our frequency from Negative to Positive, we are in essence, retuning our internal “radio” to receive positive frequencies, and therefore attract better things into our lives.

Here’s the rub, one’s thoughts MUST be UNWAVERING, meaning one has to believe it 100% for it to manifest into the physical reality.

Enjoy the Journey!
Thank You, Universe!

Rewa Rukario’s Master Key — Self Love is PURE love…

0915140957aHappiness comes from within. Let me repeat that, as it is important — Happiness comes from within. For so many years, I knew the saying, yet I failed to grasp the meaning. I had spent so much of my life, putting all my energies into EXTERNAL happiness, whereby I would go out of my way to make others happy, while I continued to toil with my own internal personal demons, that waged war inside, cauing me years of sadness, undue suffering and fear based emotions, that were only serving to hold me back, and keep me from my destiny.

Upon Reading a blog this morning, personal coach and close personal friend, Ryf van Rij, explains his experiences with finding self love.

He writes:

Self-Love-1-1024x682“Self Love is a huge one for me. The story I looped continually in my psyche, because of who I was and what had happened to me and what I had done, left me believing I was Unworthy of the Love of Source and therefore unworthy of Self Love.

But without Self Love, it’s impossible to be in alignment with your life and your purpose. Nothing flows effortlessly until we have come home to Self Love because without Self Love, our connection to Source is out of sync.

Love is the energy that syncs with the Universe and all the matter that exists in it. And that’s why if you are not in a state of Self Love then you’re swimming against the flow of the Universe and Source. You essentially become your own miracle assassinator! Ouch!

We are all spiritual beings and our lives are designed to be lived from “within out.” And the fuel that drives that “within out” is Self Love. Self Love is a way of acknowledging and honoring our Inner Divinity. And when we know our Inner Divinity we realize it’s not just for today but for always.

The big thing that holds me back from Self Love is shame and the weight of karmic debt I feel I need to settle to be worthy of Self Love.

But Source as loves knows no retribution.

We may have truckloads of karmic debt that we feel must be paid before we can practice Self Love and we certainly have the choice of paying of this karmic debt by retribution and suffering, choice “A.”

But we also have the choice of opting out of this more traditional and painful form of soul “debt cleansing” and we can opt for what Source is really calling us to. And that is to elevate our consciousness above the conscious state we were in when we committed the act or “sin” that triggered the karmic debt in the first place, choice “B.”

It’s then that we slip into the place of spiritual understanding; a place where we would with conscious awareness, not repeat the same acts or “sins,” that triggered our debt in the first place.

And this is the great gift of connection to Inner Divinity and Self Love that essentially wipes out our karmic debt and the need to pay it off by retribution and suffering.

That’s really exciting to me because if I attempt to pay off karmic debt in the “traditional way,” option “A,” there may not be enough days left in the years of my life to settle the debt.

So I am going to go for option “B” thank you very much!

The power of Love is greater than the power of Fear so it stands that Self Love will drown out residual feelings of unworthiness. And by elevating our consciousness and connecting to our Inner Divinity we bypass the need for karmic retribution.”

WOW! What a wake up call this was for me. In settling my “Karmic Debt” I have also opted for option B – where I have begun to elevate my consciousness, about the state we were when we comitted the debt initally.

To me, that means, letting go of the past, forgiving those that have caused me harm, where thereby I am able to have a elevated stated of consciousness, that allows me to move forward and progress with my dreams and meet my objectives.

Thank you Universe!

Rewa Rukario’s Hero’s Journey — MOODS convey many different things…

“Calmness of mind is one of the beautiful jewels of wisdom. It is the result of long and patient effort in self-control. Its presence is an indication of ripened experience, and of a more than ordinary knowledge of the laws and operations of thought.”

-James Allen

“As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives.”

-Henry David Thoreau

“The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another.”

-William James

“Our life always expresses the result of our dominant thoughts.”

-Soren Kierkegaard

One of the most rewarding benefits I have had during my “Hero’s Journey” has been the ability to find calm amongst all the turbulence within my mind at times. The old “Blueprint” (what’s left of it) still gives me reminders that there is plenty more for me to learn.

I have come to realize, how much better I feel, and how much more in control I am when I am of sound “MOOD” and Mind!

For much of my life, I lived a life of self-directed anger, and as such my vibrations to that effect were transmitted out into the Universe, and through the Law of Attraction, was ATTRACTING much of the same.

The results were in line, to what I had “asked” for from The Universe. I had hit my “surrender point” Sixteen months ago — I was sick and Tired of being “Sick and Tired”.

Sixteen Months later, through the consistant practice of life changing principals, rediscovering Buddhism, (which has become a major pillar in my life now), and associating with positive people, reading positive and inspiring books, and a indepth personal coaching, I have begun to see another renewed self, where I am of becoming more in line with my true inner self, and learning to love myself, so I can better positivly impact the lives of others.

So far, the journey has been awesome!

Enjoy the Journey!

Thank You, Universe!

Rewa Rukario’s Hero’s Journey — The Road Less Traveled is Uncomfortable at First, Yet Gets Easier with Time…

The Road Less Traveled is Uncomfortable at First, Yet Gets Easier with Time

0915140957aI am at such a point right now in my life. Something that I have been very deeply involved in and very passionate about for close to 10 years now, one that I gave my heart and my soul towards, and one that I had thought, (at least at the time) would be something that I could “come home” to, and one where I could have a closeness and a bonding with, as I never experienced that growing up.
The initial years were awesome. I had finally found something where I was accepted and loved, and not judged for who or what I was, YES! Awesome! I was on top of the world, I felt I had it all. Then, over passage of time, changes began to occur, that I neither fully understood or comprehended.

I began to experience a wave of emotions that began to give me some unique perspectives on where I stood, and perhaps the manner in which others may have perceived me as an individual.

Here began a greater series of learning experiences that continued to shape me as an individual. During this time, decisions were made that could have been seen as perhaps “errors in judgment” where further changes continued to occur.

At the time, I was unaware of the power of this wealth this wealth of knowledge, as my mind was out of tune with the wealth of information that I was in the process of receiving at the time.

As time processed, I began to become more in tune with higher form of consciousness, I began to make some more profound discoveries about myself. The “ebbs and tides” of life continued to give me more knowledge and which my own “blindness” at the time, prevented me from seeing and discovering my true potential.

Over the next two years, there were many different instances that served to tell me very matter-of-factly, that I was supposed to learn. During this time, I had some significant setbacks that further continued to shape my life and my existance.

Out of these challenges, came some benefits. I came into contact with some very close friends, who were able to bring me much needed meditation training and healing that worked to bring crucial balance and began to bring about peace and harmony in my life.

In contact, the last eight years, have been a very important part of my life, I have made some very close and personal friends. Presently, I feel that lessons learned over the last seven years, have brought me some profound changes and discoveries both spiritually, emotionally, mentally and financially.

As I continue to evolve and grow, and realize a greater potential, I would like to continue to receive the support of my true and closest friends. I ask for all your continued guidance and support as I continue my progression to achieve my true potential as I continue to realize my life’s purpose, and make a difference in the lives of others.

The Journey Continues.

Thank you, Universe!

Rewa Rukario’s Hero’s Journey — The Law of Attraction is always on and always working

When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”

“A man’s true delight is to do the things he was made for.”

-Marcus Aurelius

“What we fear doing most is usually what we most need to do.”

-Ralph Waldo Emerson

0915140957aWe become what we think.

The Law of Attraction is always on and always working…

That may be a bit to take in, and believe me for many years of my life it was a very challenging thing for me to accept.

73cc095d-a16b-4df2-a272-44af19fc584dAs I continue with my own “Hero’s Journey” and delve deeper into my Buddhist Practice, personal coaching, and reading of books on Self Development, I have found that a paradigm shift has begun to occur, where by I have started removing the negative “baggage” out of my life, that never did serve me any good, by simply letting go, and releasing it!

I have also let go of the past, and to actively forgive those that have caused me hurt earlier on, and that has also allowed the weights of the past to be lifted. All we ever have in The Moment. Yep, that is it. The Moment, the right-here, right now. Not that which happend, ten years, ten months, ten hours, ten minutes, or even ten seconds ago, all we ever have is NOW.

What we think in the hear and now, determines our actions. Our actions, in turn, along with a thought, are the declarations that we put out into The Universe.

As my close person friend, Ryf van Rij so eloquently states,

“The good news is that we are manifesting all the time. The not so good news is if we are focused on fear and lack then that is what we will manifest. It’s not a question of if we are manifesting, it a question of what we are manifesting.

Gandhi said we must become the change we seek. It’s a powerful quote and it reminds us that the responsibility is 100% ours. Possession starts in the mind. We have to see who we are going to be. The destination is not our accomplishments or our careers. Those are just the transportation to our destination. The destination is becoming the person we see ourselves being. Our identities are not wrapped up in our careers. Our careers are just the tools we are using to showcase our higher selves.

The irony is that when we answer the call to journey towards our higher selves, the change we want to be is already in us. It’s just been conditioned out of us and it is time to reclaim it.

It’s up to us to rescue this higher self that has always been in us that has always been connected to all truths, to infinite universal mind, to all the illuminated ones and to all knowing.

We were all born with these attributes. We just gave them up to follow the masses. Sadly the masses are mostly geared towards mediocrity. The Journey Home is about reconnecting to our magnificent selves and being all we can be.

Being great is not being egotistical. It’s about allowing the gifts that we have, to be rediscovered and reclaimed so that we can share and serve others with our fullness. Greatness is about letting our inner gifts shine in service to others.”

In order to achieve that which we desire, we must:

1. Form a vision of what we desire, and play it on the “Screen of our Mind”

2. Hold that vision on the screen of your mind, during all your “spare time”.

3. Have a strong and constant Positive Mental Attitude (PMA)

4. Get a “Work out Partner” one that shares your vision and one that will hold you accountable for your results.

Enjoy the journey!

Thank You, Universe!

Rewa Rukario’s Hero’s Journey — Living a “Definate Major Purpose” Life is brings forth our True and Authentic Self

“All life is an experiment.”

“Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.”

-Dr. Seuss

“For a long time it had seemed to me that life was about to begin–real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debt to be paid. Then life would begin. At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life.”

-Alfred D. Souza

“He who has a why to life can bear almost any how.”

-Friedrich Nietzsche

0915140957aI have been on my “Hero’s Journey” now for 17 months.  In that very short period of time, have grown more “within” than the previous 41 years prior to me embarking on my “Hero’s Journey”

Having gone from a life of “quiet despiration” where circumstances, external turmoil and many years of pent up anger and frustration, ditacted my every move, every action and every decision, to one of a confident calmess and definate purpose and direction, has really set into motion a life of a focused Definate Major Purpose (DMP) where I now possess the map and the crew to get my top of the line ocean liner, out of port and setting sail on the course to realizing my Definate Major Purpose (DMP)!

73cc095d-a16b-4df2-a272-44af19fc584dWhen creating my DMP, it forced me to think outside the “box” that I had created in my internal word, as I had put up a fortress that resembled more relating to a well fortified castle, than a mere box.  Make no mistake, this was a very well protected barrier I had put up, that served to protect the very delicate person that was indeed the World Within!

The first step for me, was surprising much easier than I had intially anticipated — creating Personal Pivotal Needs. (PPN’s) where I had to identify two specfic traits that were my part of my true and authentic self.

These came with no thought at all — Helping Others and Spiritual Growth.

Even amoungst all the termoil that was going on in my life, I always believed in helping others.  In fact, I had made that a driving purpose in my life, where I would spend so much time working on fixing others, while ignoring the most important person of all — myself.  Helping others, has always been a natural instictive trait that has been hard wired into my brain.

The second of my PPN’s is Spiritual Growth.  After being introduced to Nichiren Buddhism back in September of 2013, something clicked, and I felt that persuing a more active role in my Spiritual development was the correct path for me to be on.

Soon there after, I had enlisted the help of a personal coach, who taught me the real reason for my life of quiet despiration, and began peeling back the layers, as I the root cause for the termoil in my life, was due to not understanding (more specifically, NOT KNOWING) about the “World Within” and not loving myself.

17 months later, I continue to hone focus and develop this magificant individual that I am, and work to live out life of “Definate Major Purpose” which continues to unfold right before my eyes, with each passing day.

Enjoying the Journey!

What you seek is seeking you.”

0915140957aThe Law of Growth states that what we think about increases and what we forget diminishes. It’s so simple and yet so powerful.

Growth is defined as noun

1.the act or process, or a manner of growing; development; gradual increase.

2.size or stage of development:

It hasn’t yet reached its full growth.

3.completed development.

4.development from a simpler to a more complex stage. (Source:

Each day, we make a choice, by nature of our thoughts, the amount of growth we choose to experience. It should be noted, that growth starts interally, and works outward.

In the area of mainfesting dreams and desires from the Screen of the Mind, to the physical plane, one must understand the three important steps of the Law of Growth.

73cc095d-a16b-4df2-a272-44af19fc584dHere are 3 steps to help master the Law of Growth.

1. Realize that your life is created from the inside out. You are the cause of your external circumstances. What you think about expands.

2. Embody Personal Responsibility. Realize that you can change your circumstances by making better choices and by consciously choosing your thoughts.

3. Make better choices. Consciously think better thoughts. Plant positive seeds not weeds in the fertile soil of your subconscious mind. They will attract similar thoughts; they will grow and ultimately manifest into positive results and desired external circumstances. (Van Rij, 2014)

Our thoughts become things. Once we plant a demand in our subconscious minds our subconscious will work tirelessly to manifest it. This has always been the truth and it’ll always be the truth and it could never be any other way. It’s been scientifically proven that what we think about increases.

We have all planted some kind of physical seed before either as kids at home in our parent’s veggie garden or at school. Be it a tomato seed or an avocado seed, we expected without any doubt that it would eventually grow and bear fruit. Once we planted these seeds we waited patiently with absolute expectation of a positive outcome. This was a natural built-in expectation that we had.

No person in their right mind would plant a fully ripe tomato or avocado and expect a seed to come up.

Yet most people do things backwards.

We expect to begin with the fully matured tomato or avocado. We are unwilling to plant the seed and allow it to germinate and grow so it produces a tomato or avocado. We essentially put effect before cause. The natural way of the Universe is thought first followed by expression. Unfortunately try as we may in this world of instant gratification, it can never be reversed.

We need to plant the seed of demand into our subconscious mind and have the same natural built-in expectation that the seed will grow and produce fruit.

The subconscious mind has no function other than to produce more of what is input. The subconscious mind will work 24/7 to create the mechanisms to manifest that which is input. The subconscious mind has no other function other than to accept and expand what we feed it. It does not care what you plant. Whatever you sow will grow.

Our subconscious minds have zero defenses against our voice. It will believe 100% what we tell it and always has the solution and the supply to meet the demand. Positive in-positive out. Negative in- negative out. No rocket science involved. (van Rij, 2014)

We have a conscious desicison through the choices we make, and through the friends and associates we keep, what we want to allow what words we choose, and what our subconsicous mind hears.

Positive thoughts, positive people and a clearly written plan of action (Definate Major Purpose) are the keys to the vehicle that will get you where you aim to go.

Understand that the converse also holds true, Negative thoughts, and those that may be around us that are “downers” rob us from achieving our true potential of abundunce, which is our birthright as individuals.

The Law of Growth, along with the other Universal Laws are always working, they are absolute, and can work to bring us to the life of success and abundance that is our birthright.

The seedling continues to blossom into something extaordinary. 🙂

Living the Journey,

Thank You, Universe!
